Gone will be the days that you let fear stand in your way!  This retreat is all about giving you the tools and support to start building the life you want to live. As women we sometimes struggle with knowing what to do next, where to go next, or how to be our most authentic selves because fear holds us back

At this intimate women's retreat you will learn to live as your fearless self by discovering the best version of yourself. We will go deep to uncover what's truly possible by learning to come from a place of self-love and not fear -- getting you to what it is in life you truly desire.

It is my goal that on this retreat you will wake up every morning feeling present, grounded, and aligned.  Sleeping accommodations at a spacious cabin in Whalan, MN will serve as the backdrop for this inspiring long weekend.  We will do right by our bodies and minds, starting each day off with a nutritious breakfast and meditation. Daily intention setting and journaling will guide your journey, allowing you to experience true clarity into what makes you fearlessly you!

We will be taking the time to practice getting out of our heads and listening to the wisdom of your heart. When we are able to quiet our minds we can listen to what our hearts and bodies are telling us. Group exercises like creating a vision board and ropes course challenge will help us dive deeper and discover what's truly possible in your life when you to come from a place of love and not fear. 

But you can't do all this work alone! You will be surrounded, inspired, and supported by other like-minded women with whom you can share your authentic self and build relationships.  This is intentionally a small and intimate group retreat to foster connections and learn from one another.  Due to the small nature of the group, there will also be opportunity for some more targeted, one-on-one coaching.

Additional time will be provided for attendees to reflect, relax, and explore the beautiful Root River Valley in whatever way you see fit, whether it's a bike ride along the 60+ miles of blacktopped trails, group chatter in front of peaceful vistas, or simply sitting down with a good book. 

This retreat will be held at the lovely
northwoods cabin at the cedar valley resort in whalan, mn (just 10 minutes west from Lanesboro, MN along the Root River Valley)  on Thursday October 4th - Sunday October 7th.

Hi there! I’m Christine, I help busy independent women who are constantly exhausted, overwhelmed and have a tendency to spread themselves way too thin. My goal is to re-introduce you to your best self at this retreat and give you the tools and support needed for you to start building the life you desire bringing you more peace, balance and joy.

This retreat is for you if:

  • you feel stuck by uncertainty and fear of where you are and where they want to be

  • you need time to get away from the daily grind to reflect on what you really want and to relax while being surrounded by a group of supportive women. 

  • your personal needs and desires take a backseat to the daily demands of life.

  • you desire more joy and peace in their life, but aren't sure where to look. 

  • you are ready to step beyond fear to love the life you deserve.

  • you want to make healthier choices in your life so you can feel better and have more energy to do the things you love to do.

This retreat is not for you if:

General Retreat Itinerary
(details subject to change)

DAY 1/THURSDAY:
Attendee arrival and check-in.  After settling into your room, attendees will join the group for introductions and intention setting over dinner. After dinner we will jump right into the first activity. 

DAY 2/FRIDAY:
We will start the first day off with a meditation, followed by a demonstration on how to make a healthy, balanced breakfast and discuss morning rituals. We will then be diving deep into our next series of group exercises. Attendees will be given a break for lunch and time to reflect, rest, or explore on your own.  We will regroup at dinner, discussing night time rituals along with more meditation and a journaling activity. 

DAY 3/SATURDAY:
Saturday is the day attendees will not want to miss! We will be taking a trip to the
Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center for a freedom transformation activity (a.k.a. Ropes Course Challenge), where you will come face-to-face with your fears and work through overcoming them. This is also an exercise focusing on taking one step at at time. You will have the support from myself and the whole group cheering you on while you are guided through the ropes course. The group will enjoy a picnic lunch while we take some time to reflect. After lunch, attendees will participate in a silent mindfulness walk before heading back to the resort. The day will end with dinner and a fun exercise around the bonfire. 

DAY 4/SUNDAY:
Final day to enjoy a morning mediation on the porch followed by a lovely brunch and closing ceremony before heading home as the new fearless you!

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Click the button above to schedule a call or email Christine to see if this retreat will be a good fit for you. Once you schedule a call, you’ll receive an email confirmation and a brief survey to answer before your scheduled call.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS INVESTMENT?

The retreat including all supplies needed for various activities, accommodations at Eagle Valley Resort (pictures below) and all food (8 meals). Any additional extracurricular activities like bike or kayak rentals are excluded in the pricing.
 

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND OR SOMETHING COMES UP?

Due to the intimate nature of the retreat, the limited number of participants and for planning purposes, once you commit to the retreat, there will be no refunds. You are responsible for the entire amount of the retreat, regardless of your participation. 

HOW FAR OF A COMMUTE IS IT?

The beautiful drive down to Whalan, MN takes about 2 hours if you are leaving from St. Paul. It’s just far enough out of the cities to get away, but not too far of a drive that you will in the car for long. It should be even more beautiful with the fall colors!  
 
WHAT IF THE WEATHER DOESN'T COOPERATE?

First off, let’s only focus our energy on manifesting beautiful fall weather. It’s Minnesota, the weather here is unpredictable.  Don't let that stop you from making the fun plans you want this summer/fall.  If the weather does not cooperate, we have enough planned for the weekend to enjoy the beautiful indoor space. The cabin is quite large with a covered porch allowing everyone to have space to themselves to read a book, reflect, or sit by the fire. Some of you may want to take the afternoon to explore Lanesboro if you’ve never been before.
 
 
WILL THERE BE ENOUGH SPACE FOR EVERYONE? 

Yes! The cabin has 8 bedrooms (sleeps up to 38). All bedrooms have queen beds and sinks, 4 of the bedrooms also have twin/full bunk. There are 6 baths, 2 complete kitchens, and 2 great rooms.  If you have questions about additional amenities, please email me.  See the photo's below of the gorgeous Cedar Valley Resort!  
 

WHAT IF I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES/ SENSITIVITES? 

That makes two of us! I am very sensitive to this area and will accommodate any allergies or sensitives that you may have to my best ability. The food provided on this retreat will be healthy and nutritious as I believe that a balanced diet plays an integral role in a happy body, mind, and spirit.
 

WHAT IF I'M NOT GOOD AT MEDITATION OR JOUNALING? 

Great! Then let’s practice. Meditation is a practice and journaling doesn’t come easy for everyone, but the more you practice the better you will get. We all have to start somewhere, right?! If you are a person that gets anxious during meditation, then I challenge you to do it more and see what happens.


WHAT IF I DO NOT WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN AN EXERCISE? 

You are not required to participate in every activity.  However, this retreat is about stepping out of your comfort zone and doing things you would never even think about doing. This is how you grow into the best possible version of yourself. If you decide to sleep in and skip morning meditation, that’s completely up to you, but the more you show up for yourself the more you will get to that place you truly desire in your life.


WILL THERE BE DOWN TIME? 

Yes! You will have plenty time to yourself to recharge.  You create the experience you want to have and if that means going to bed early -- go for it! If you feel you need some quiet time in your bedroom, I encourage you to do so!  You are not obligated to stay with the group when we are not doing any group activities.
